By using Stack Sweller, you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Stack Sweller is a paid SaaS that gives Substack users tools like scheduling, finding notes, and idea management.
You need an email and password to use Stack Sweller.
When you connect your Substack account, Stack Sweller acts as your authorized tool to schedule and publish content on your behalf. You remain in full control of what gets posted and when.
You're responsible for ensuring your use of automation tools complies with third-party platform policies. Stack Sweller provides the technology; you decide how to use it within the rules of platforms you connect.
You're responsible for your account security and all activity on your account. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or law.
Don't do any of this:
Substack Compliance: You acknowledge that your use of Stack Sweller to interact with Substack must comply with all Substack policies and terms. If Substack changes its policies regarding third-party tools or automated posting, we may need to modify or discontinue features. We are not liable if Substack suspends, terminates, or restricts your account due to your use of Stack Sweller.
We aren't liable for delays or failures caused by events we can't reasonably control: internet or hosting failures, third-party outages, DDoS, power issues, strikes, government actions, new regulations, epidemics, natural disasters, or similar events.
We may add, change, or remove features. We aim for reliable uptime, but service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or issues outside our control.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." No warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, non-infringement, or non-interruption. We do not guarantee continued compatibility with Substack or any third-party platform. Changes to Substack's API, authentication methods, or policies may affect Stack Sweller's functionality.
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
You'll indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising from your content, your use of the service, your breach of these Terms or law, or any violation of third-party platform terms (including Substack) resulting from your use of Stack Sweller.
By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails (receipts, security alerts, product updates). You can opt out of marketing emails at any time. Transactional emails are required to operate your account.
You must be 18 or older to use Stack Sweller.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any dispute arises, you agree to resolve it in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware. Each party waives class actions and agrees to bring claims only in an individual capacity.
When we update Terms, we'll post the new version with a new Effective Date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
